Getting To Know Your Energetic Self

You are energy. You have energy. You express energy. In this class, we play with the foundational tools that provide for clearing one's mind and space. We also begin the exploration of how energy works in and around the body on a practical level. These are the building blocks for spiritual exploration and creation.

The tools we teach in this class are:

* Grounding/ reclaiming your energy/ replenishing your energy

* Center of head- the seat of neutrality/ Awareness of space and how to keep it safe

* Running Earth and Cosmic Energies for self-healing/ Basic Spiritual Anatomy

* De-energizing mental image pictures/ intuiting answers

* Creation and manifesting techniques/ the power of a picture

This is an experiential class where each tool is demonstrated and practiced. These tools build one upon the other and, when used in concert, create a simple yet powerful meditation space. This is a seated meditation class, so wear comfortable clothing.

Getting To Know Your Healing Self

In this class, we continue working with the tools taught in ...Your Energetic Self  class.

The concepts we meditate on in this class are:

* Review of the tools and bringing them into Present Time

* Body of Glass and Amusement

* The mechanics of Dichotomies and Having It All

* Giving To Yourself/Giving To Others

* Handling Growth Periods/ Solving Problems

* Healer, heal thyself

Getting To Know Your Energetic Body

In this series, the focus is on Body/Being Communication and taking the next step in "owning" your body. Heal the spirit and the spirit will heal the body.

The topics for this class are:

* Present Time and being in your body

* Spiritual care and well being of the body/ Illness

* Clearing out your emotions

* Healing the Sympathetic Nervous System/ Kundalini Energy

* Highest Creative Essence and Present Time Growth Vibrations- taking your body with you.

All classes are taught in amusement. Bad puns and jokes are appreciated. We might as well have fun and laugh. After all, we're not getting off the planet alive, you know. See you soon!!

The Having Series

 Be. Do. Have.

We've spent a lot of time on Being and Doing. Now it's time to play with Having.

We've all heard the story of the person who won the lottery and it ruined their life or was spent and gone in a few short years. They could allow themselves to win, but they couldn't have it.

Having is an innate spiritual ability. Everyone can have, to varying degrees. We can also refer to it as your capacity (or ability) to experience your creations.

In this series, we'll be exploring your capacity to have the life you desire. You will have the opportunity to look at 'where you are' so you can better determine how to get to 'where you want to go'.

Topics will include

* self-image and self-worth

* having vs. responsibility

* having and your spiritual path

* judgment: it's only half bad

* having vs. wanting. You can't have anything you want. There's a very good reason for this. Come find out!

And more! The goal of this series is to assist you in clearing the blocks that keep you from having your Heart's desire.

We will also be playing with some simple tools and techniques to help clarify what it is you truly desire to create.

All in a space of amusement and validation.
